i'm a programmer who loves to learn and explore ideas across many fields, i'm deeply interested in technology, software, geography, history, politics, linguistics, philosophy, social studies, music, design, urbanism and a lot of other nerdy things. i enjoy building things, especially software, and obsessing over every detail of how they're designed and built. i'm fascinated by how civilization and society function, as well as politics, linguistics, cultures and writing systems. my worldview is grounded in human rights, democratic socialism, progressivism, and secular humanism.
